- Arena is ADA compliant and is equipped with accessible seating and assistive listening devices are available for the hearing-impaired
- Arena floor is 39,000 square feet (137 ft. by 310 ft.) with all portable seats removed
- Floor is concrete with unlimited load - Dirt installation available for horse, livestock, and motorsport events
- Horse show ring is 117 feet by 290 feet
- Two permanent box office locations with a total of six ticket windows
- Ceiling height from floor to steel is 42 feet; height from floor to bottom of scoreboard in center of house is 28 feet
- North end overhead loading door is 12' wide by 15' high (B-1) and the south end overhead loading door is 14' wide by 15' high. Doors are level with arena floor. In end stage set-up, the distance from back of stage to load-in door is 30 feet. Loading dock on north end.
- A multiple-speaker cluster sound system with delayed distribution equipped with Clear-Com communications system and two-way headsets (Outdoor sound system available for crowd communication)
- Stationary, four-sided, center-hung electronic scoreboard with messaging capabilities
- Arena is equipped with metal halides with 175 foot candles at floor level
- Permanent platform for press and/or spotlights located above sections 210 - 212
- Two Carbon Supertroupers on press platform (others available if needed)

- Elevator available from first floor concourse to 200 level seats

- "Official's" dressing room available with shower and restroom facilities
- Backstage catering in hall areas - no kitchen available but water closet is nearby
