Car Audio Championship Cranks up the Sound at Kentucky Exposition Center

Together the db Drag Racing Association, Mobile Electronics Competition Association and International Autosound Challenge Association bring a unified finals event
to the Kentucky Exposition Center Oct. 14-15.

The Car Audio Championship features sound quality and sound pressure level competitors, and provides the opportunity to compete in multiple formats for over 300 trophies. The event also includes:

• Display cars
• Vendor booths
• Car audio displays
• Power wheels competition

Show organizers said the decision to return to the Kentucky Exposition Center was based on the “huge success” of the 2016 event. They also shared that, “the Kentucky Expo Center is a great facility”, one able to provide the more than 110,000 square feet the Championship demands.

The event will take place in Broadbent Arena, the Pavilion and Parking Lots K and M. Hours are:

Saturday, Oct. 14    10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 15      10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Car Audio Championship is open to the public and admission is $10 per person at the door. Parking is $8 per vehicle and $20 per bus.
