Tickets for The Basketball Tournament (TBT) 2023 Louisville Games Available For TBT’s Ticket Waitlist Members

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 1, 2023) — The Basketball Tournament (TBT), the 64-team, $1 million winner-take-all event on ESPN, is releasing tickets to members of its ticket waitlist for the Louisville Regional and Quarterfinal games. Beginning May 4, tickets will go on sale to the general public. 

The Ville, the University of Louisville alumni team, will be the host team for the Louisville Regional scheduled for July 25-29 at Freedom Hall. The Ville’s first game will be on July 25th at 7 p.m. Louisville will also host a quarterfinals game against the winner of the Lubbock Regional, with that game scheduled for July 31.

The Ville recently announced a commitment from Russ Smith, who played for the University of Louisville from 2010-2014 and was a part of the school’s 2013 championship team. Smith joins Peyton Siva, Wayne Blackshear, Rakeem Buckles, Chane Behanan, Chinanu Onuaku, and Dillon Avare as current members of The Ville’s 2023 roster. Additional player announcements will be made in the coming weeks.
